David James Zoppi is an author and writer of stories, short-stories and screenplays, and has written several screenplays, musical compositions and scores. This collection of science fiction short stories includes the following: MIGRATION EARTH - Countless centuries ago, Mars was a world very much like the planet earth. Mars had lush green lands, oceans, rivers and alien life, a race of aliens with the faces of humans and elongated skulls. The inhabitants of mars seeded the earth and watched the seeds of human civilizations take hold. Then, teachers were sent from mars on flying disks to live among the people of the earth and to teach them. When asteroids destroyed the planet Mars, the inhabitants migrated to the earth only to discover that a great rebellion against those they brought to teach and live among the people had taken place. Those who left the planet mars went to the south polar region of the earth and lived as subterranean dwellers in the earth. For years their existence was a secret until they were discovered. An agreement was made between the Governments of the Earth and the alien subterranean inhabitants of the earth. The agreement stated that their existence would not be kept secret in exchange for alien technology. It was not until the year 2014 that a geological survey team of scientists lead by Professor Paul Drake would rediscover that which had been kept secret for so many years when the aliens destroyed a Royal British Naval vessel in the same vicinity of the geological survey located in the South Pole. RECONCILIATION AFTER REINCARNATION - This is the story of a young man named Joshua Meyers growing up in Brooklyn New York during the great depression in the 1930's who lives with his mother Gwen, and an abusive, alcoholic Father named Frank. After getting married later in life and dying tragically, Joshua is reincarnated in the year 2050 as Angelo in Italy, and is given a second chance at redemption, and becomes a priest only to discover later in life that his father in this life was also his father in his past life. Both redeem themselves and Angelo goes on to become the Pope. PROMISED LAND - THE HEAVEN PROJECT - Doctor Peter Anderson has invented a computer generated Heaven called the Heaven Project where the souls of the departed can spend their eternal existence. This virtual world is much like the real world we live in, but does not limit the inhabitants in what they can build, and they can even transform their own appearances. THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST AND THE TIME MACHINE - Professor Paul Blake, Professor of Archaeology while at an excavation searching for the final resting place of the Virgin Mary discovers and accidentally activates a machine. The machine is a time machine which takes him back in time to the time of Jesus Christ. Once there, he feels compelled to rescue Jesus from being crucified on the cross and bring him forward in time. By doing so, Professor Blake changes history and the timeline.
