Harry Lyle Brown, Marry Kay, Terry, Susan, and Lucas move into 303 East Street, a haunted house. A demon also lives there. A ghost named Edgar meets Terry and becomes his friend. The demon raises the stakes the longer the Browns live at 303 East Street.
