This EP from 1993 jump-started 's career as , instantly drawing attention to itself with 's controversial approach toward morbid extremity. With each successive album throughout the 1990s, he would progressively move away from such exploitative attempts to shock listeners, but this EP showcases exactly why he developed such a cult following.
