As part of our partnership with the National Park Foundation, we are proud to offer the 2025 America the Beautiful--the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands' Annual Pass. It provides access to over 2,000 federal recreation sites, including national parks, wildlife refuges and forests.
- The Annual Pass offered on this website is just one of several pass options available. If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident age 62 or older, have a permanent disability, are a current U.S. Military member, Gold Star Family member, veteran, or are a student in the 4th grade, you may qualify for other passes. For more information contact your local participating Federal recreation site or visit the USGS Store website.

- Valid for one full year from month of purchase. Pass expiration date will not be extended for any reason.
- Covers entrance or standard amenity (day-use) fees at sites managed by the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management and Bureau of Reclamation.
- Each pass has one line for a single pass holder to print and sign their name.
- Pass holder must be present when pass is being used. Photo identification may be required.
- At sites that charge per vehicle, a pass covers the pass holder and accompanying passengers in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle.
- At sites that charge per person, a pass covers the pass holder and three accompanying adults (16 or over). Children 15 and under are free.
- Please note the Annual Pass will not be available for immediate download or printing. A physical pass will be shipped to you. Representations of the pass (e.g. receipts, copies, photos, etc.) are NOT valid for use and will not be accepted in lieu of a physical pass. If you are leaving for a trip within the next 3 weeks (or 21 days), you should buy your pass at the first site you visit that distributes passes.
- Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Fees and pass acceptance vary widely across the thousands of Federal Recreation sites. Please contact specific sites directly for information on what is or is not covered.
- Each customer may order no more than 5 passes per calendar year.
- This is not an official U.S. Government website. L.L. Bean is an authorized reseller of the America the Beautiful--the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass.
