Musings over Malt: Of Hopes, Heartaches and Heartbreaks

They say it’s better to fail in love than to never fall in love. The author is a true Cancerian, with an insatiable appetite for love, who has failed twice but is relentless in his quest for a lifetime partner in laziness and craziness. These poems delve into the journey that started with him going down on his knees on a hot June evening to a cold breakup on a warm March night. Musings over Malt is an attempt to come to terms with what could have been but thankfully wasn’t. It’s also a promise to fall in love and give happiness another shot! These poems are straight from the heart and, at times, needed a nudge from glasses of single malt to ensure only the purest and most heartfelt emotions were captured for the readers. The photos—all clicked by yours truly—are a window to what the heart was visualizing at that juncture. P.S.
