With a narrow leg opening optimized for technical mountaineering boots, durable Spectra™ ripstop and targeted stretch fabrics in key areas, the breathable-waterproof Men’s Summit Series FUTURELIGHT™ AMK Climb Pants are fine-tuned for alpine climbing.
- Zip-fly with a shank-button closure
- Corded loops at waist are compatible with clips on the Summit AMK Vest to create a suspender system
- Waistband with low-profile belt loops
- Our FUTURELIGHT™ technology is engineered to deliver best-in-class breathable-waterproof performance during high-output activities and is combined with Spectra® ripstop for ultra-lightweight durability
- Regular fit
- Main-body fabric made with 97% recycled nylon; seat and back-of-leg face fabric made with 100% recycled polyester and backer fabric made with 100% recycled nylon
- Bonded back-waistband panel for comfort and range of motion
- Targeted use of FUTURELIGHT™ 3L fabric in seat and back of legs for range of motion
- Harness-compatible thigh pocket has a YKK® AquaGuard® zip with a bumper stop that helps to seal out moisture without the need for a zipper garage
- Internal bonded kickpatches for durability and material stability
- Activity-specific leg shape and leg opening designed for use with lower-circumference alpine climbing boots
- Harness-compatible, 7/8-length, YKK® AquaGuard® side zips for venting and easy on/off
- Crotch gusset and articulated knees for increased mobility
- Hem gaiters feature stretch-woven fabric, a hook-and-loop closure and silicone gripper tape for a seamless fit with boots
- Non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency
