Through her institute and book, Suzana Pires is furthering the message of women's empowerment worldwide. This book is about women's empowerment as a way for women everywhere to advocate and bring awareness to feminism and female empowerment amongst Latinas. The focus is to neutralize women's three greatest pains through personal development: work overload, oppression, and loneliness.
