The revised third edition of the Green Book is based on the same philosophy established in the Red Book, of co-operation between parties to achieve the mutual objective of a successful project. It follows the same project execution structure as the Red Book fourth edition whilst incorporating the particular cost and payment elements of a reimbursable contract.
