Tippy the turtle is a cute little turtle who is very curious, and lives in Felix's backyard. Phoebe and Felix love to runaway and play with Tippy at Hippapippi, which is a shared cubby house at the very back of Felix's backyard. Poor Tippy gets himself into some trouble, but luckily Phoebe and Felix save the day when they find Tippy all mucky and yucky at Hippapippi.
