The modeling of the process of production and service quality management from the holistic configurational theory made it possible to find the configurations, links and dimensions that characterize it, as well as the dialectical contradictions that are manifested in the dynamics link, highlighting as a fundamental dialectical contradiction the one between quality as an expression of the totality and the processes in which it is generated.
