Billy doesn't cope too well at first with the bullies at school but eventually with the help of his parents he is able to come up with a plan. Not only does Billy use his newfound assertiveness skills to stand up to the bullies, he also chooses not to be a bystander when he witnesses another child being targeted. Billy enjoys some wonderful friendships and once again he loves to go to school.
