A children's book about a horse riding adventure where a father and little son(mijito-spanish) experience nature in the Southwest. The son wants to be a horseman (caballero-spanish) like his father. They face a challenge together which builds their relationship and courage. The son is amazed by his dad's horsemanship and the dad realizes that his son is growing up.
