It's happening all over the world. People are having a computer program installed in their brains -- and they're getting paid for it, too!
Tech-wiz Sayers Beck lives a reclusive life in Whitmore, right up until the same program gets installed in his brain, as well. The only difference is, it allows him to communicate with a beautiful but quirky A.I. named Autumn who enlists Sayers into helping wheelchair-bound Alice Dorn keep her second-hand thrift shop from closing for good.
However, Sayers also has to deal with his over-bearing boss Brian Arceneaux who has other heinous plans for Autumn. Can the tech-dude save this conscientious chatbot from being turned into a killing machine?
