Hippies were hip, flower children bloomed, the civil rights issues were less than civil, soldiers were dying in Viet Nam, women were burning their bras and afros got bigger to proclaim, "Black is beautiful". Everything and everyone for their cause in its season. It was the age of change, but for Victoria it was the season of upheaval, from stability to insecurity.
