Chronic back pain is widespread, and almost every working person experiences problems with their musculoskeletal system at least once in their working life. This raises the question of which treatment is the best choice for back problems. This book distinguishes between active multimodal pain therapy and physiotherapy/physical therapy for chronic back pain. The evaluation revealed significant differences between the groups, and the results speak for themselves.
