I think spreading the idea of mindfulness in young people and students is important for the mental health and success in this new generation of learners. I believe learning mindfulness and being present in school and at home can be a great way for teachers to manage classrooms and for students to learn how to manage, regulate, and cope with emotions throughout the day. My goal is to bring more mental health awareness to preschool and kindergarten classrooms in a way that little learners can understand and relate to!
