Jeremy, the best thrower on the Green River Glen Academy's bubble ball team, is faced with a terrible injury that threatens to steal his dreams forever. Disappointed, he forms an unlikely friendship with Coco, a sparrow with a hurt wing. Two honey buzzards are determined to take her eggs, and she has no way to stop them.
