played on the other. The repertoire is, as the title suggests, beloved hymns and spirituals, all given a signature New Orleans flavor. This Dixieland band may not imprint its own signature too heavily on these tunes, but it's nevertheless a sweet tribute to music and a church they love. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
