Wakil grew up in the streets of Norristown and Pottstown, PA, and was in and out of Juvenile Placement by age twelve. While in Placement, Wakil's heart grew dark. He made a vow to himself that he would do whatever it took to provide for his family. Upon his release, Wakil goes home and jumps head-first into the streets. However, his world gets turned upside down when the F.B.I, State Police, and Homicide Detectives begin to investigate and target him as a Public enemy number one.
