The hunters wear hoodies, long sleeves, and high boots, leaving no skin exposed. They take aggressive precautions to prevent mosquito bites. After slathering copious amounts of repellent onto the backs of their hands and face, willingly, in lousy conditions, they embarked into a notoriously hostile environment whose occupants pay zero attention to human security or comfort. The reward of returning home before daybreak with a sack of toads makes it all worthwhile.
