"Storyline Tom" has an excellent sense of humor and he has story-telling down to a science. He knows how much information to give in order to cover the story well enough to set up the punch line.
He began to record his stories in the early 1980's. He called them chapters because that's what he'd always say when something funny or strange would happen to him. He'd say, "Well, I wrote another chapter today."
