Building Hope, formerly Learning How to Fly: Stories of Hope, is a book about positive thinking in troubling times. Inspired by her many readings of The Power of Positive Thinking, by Norman Vincent Peale, she uses personal experiences, as well as her knowledge of mental health, to help the reader to develop a more positive outlook.
