Between Rains And Shadows is more than a collection of poems-it's a quiet conversation between the poet's heart and mind; born in the in-between moments of hope and despair and of grace and gratitude. These pages hold the pieces of me that couldn't be spoken out loud, it was only felt and shaped in verse, and left to linger in the spaces between these words. Each poem was born in a moment of reality which had awe, sorrow, hope, or wonder. They are fragments of thoughts the poet has carried, feelings she has tried to understand, and experiences she didn't always have the courage to say out loud. Writing them helped the poet to heal and hope and listen to her soul's voice.
