Doc Reaves is a Bail Bondsman and Real Estate Agent working in Graham, North Carolina. He is constantly answering the phone calls of jail inmates, people with questions and informants that help him track down bail skips with his runner Deva. This case started at the end of volume 1 with a phone call from one of his informants and continued into a chase that endangered the whole community.
