One can't have a well marriage and teaching without self-esteem/self-worth and vice versa. The nice answer is that the latter gives one the former. I was a substitute teacher in New York City for all grades and all subjects. In a middle school, one student had thrown a book at another students' eye. Thankfully, it did not hit the eye. I had this book-throwing student leave the class. Elementary school pupils are more disciplined than junior high school students and I always obtain all work to show their teacher. This is similar to marriage.
